Researchers in cardiothoracic, transplantation and vascular surgery from NIFE presented their latest scientific findings at the first Hannover Organ Transplant Summit, which took place on November 21 and 22, 2024 at the Medical Park Hannover. With presentations and posters from several NIFE working groups, our researchers contributed to the discussion of current challenges and innovative solutions in organ transplantation. The Hannover Organ Transplant Summit brought together international experts who are working together to address the shortage of donor organs and promote interdisciplinary exchange between clinicians and scientists.
