At the 14th DZL Annual Meeting in Wiesbaden, doctoral candidate Suhail Wattar Akkad presented the latest findings from the Xenotransplantation Research Group at NIFE. The innovative approaches presented to address the organ shortage generated considerable interest. The presentation took place at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) in Wiesbaden and offered the 700 participants not only insights into current research but also the opportunity to discuss future prospects for respiratory research.
